Zaheda Ismail

Zaheda started her career in the corporate world, as an accountant, but made a significant turning point when she followed her heart’s calling and ventured into the world of Pilates. Her passion for movement and well-being ignited a new purpose in her life.

As a certified pilates instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience in the world of Pilates, she’s been transforming lives through movement and now brings an exciting addition to her repertoire – certified Lyno practioner.

Over the years, she has seen how injuries have inhibited movement and progress for both her clients and herself.
This prompted her to find alternatives to the norm that actually addressed the cause of those injuries.

Allow The Lyno Method to help restore, maintain, and make the most of your mobility, function, and well-being and eliminate the cause of pain.

Lyno helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness.
Zaheda can help get you involved in your own recovery.

Despite my years of fitness training with various forms of exercise and activities, I found myself unable to achieve strength and mobility in specific areas of my body. Despite my years of fitness training with various forms of exercise and activities, I found myself unable to achieve strength and mobility in specific areas of my body. I often assumed that this was related to my body's inability to move correctly based on genetics and my body profile. I recently took to trying out the Lyno therapy which is aimed at making mind to muscle connections which helped me to better understand my bodys weaknesses and inability n ability to make certain movements. After 4 sessions I have found that already my movements are more flexible. With strengthening exercises included to prevent me going back to old habits. I recommend this treatment to anyone who would like to understand their body more and how to correct the body's natural position. Thank you Zaheda. You are truly an amazing, positive soul. You truly give heart to everything that you do. Wishing you all the success in the future as a Lyno therapist.

Just wanted to tell you that you’re a magician. Firstly, I was so sleepy last night. I was knocked out, stone cold. And I woke up this morning without a stiff neck! After ages. I just feel so light on my neck and shoulders.

I have to say that each time I saw Zaheda (3 times), there was an increased difference . Of course I am still as Zaheda puts it, *work in progress* because of the level of injuries which goes back plus 20 years. We still have more digging & work to do for the full healing benefits to kick in. I can also confirm that I've experienced a reduction of pain in some areas of my body . I was also at a point where if I sat on the floor for a while, I would really struggle to get up because my joints & knees would lock & I would get up with pain while needing support to get myself up. There's much improvement! I don't lock like before and am able to get up much easier.
So Lyno has really caught my interest. Thanks Zaheda, can't wait for you to start again & achieve the benefits of Lyno.
