As a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor, I have been looking for a way to determine why some of my clients were battling with either weakness or restriction with certain movements, and how we could look at prevention, instead of just the cure after injury has occurred.
Over the years I have learnt how uniquely each and every person’s body moves, works and even rests. The Lyno Method is such an amazing addition to my practise, to assess every client individually, being able to tailor-make a program suitable to them, and not just suitable for their age, gender or fitness level.
It certainly brings job satisfaction to one, to hear how a client is now able to run further, train harder or longer without experiencing any injuries that they have become accustomed to.
I also find the Lyno Method a great tool a few months postpartum, and in the first few years of carrying small children around.
