Tessa Forbes

Tessa has been a Lyno practitioner since 2016. She has a degree in Human Movement and Sports. She has had her own Pilates, Rehabilitative Pilates and Sports massage practice since 2011.

Tessa truly believes that movement of any kind (be it competitive sport or a walk around the garden) is crucial for mind and body.
Any movement needs to feel good in order for you to continue, this is where Lyno comes into practice- releasing locked patters, habits and injuries therefore allowing freedom of movement.

Her passion is helping people move and live pain free.
