Later, an MRI revealed bone marrow oedema in the pubic bone, which confirmed my feeling that something in the diagnosis or rehab approach wasn’t right. Fortunately, I met Sanketh, who introduced me to LYNO. After just a couple of sessions, I felt significantly better — mentally and emotionally even more than physically. While I’m still not 100%, I can genuinely say this practice has been incredibly valuable for chronic injuries. One experience especially stood out to me. I realized I couldn’t properly turn to my right side, something I had never consciously noticed before. During the session, the practitioner worked on my body by moving his fingers in a certain way and I immediately broke down emotionally after a few repetitions. After that emotional release, I could actually feel my movement improving.

After the sessions, I felt incredible—light, free, and unrestricted. This method is a must-try for athletes who want to uncover and address hidden movement limitations. It encourages introspection and helps alleviate stress and other mental barriers. Incorporating proper breathing and maintaining a calm mind further support the release of fascia stiffness and any lingering tightness, making it an invaluable tool for overall well-being.
