Sanja Steyn

Malmesbury

Sanja began her career in 2011 as a Biokineticist. Over the past decade in private practice, she has helped countless individuals move better, feel stronger, and achieve their personal health and wellness goals. As a certified Ultra-endurance Running Coach, UCI Cycling Coach, and Sports Nutrition Coach, she integrates movement science and holistic performance principles into her work with clients.

As a certified LYNO® practitioner, Sanja incorporates a holistic, whole-body perspective into her sessions. She seeks to understand how the body adapts, compensates, and stores tension, recognising the fascial system as central to healthy, fluid movement. Using gentle, targeted fascial techniques, the Lyno method helps to release restrictions, restore natural fascial glide, and address the underlying patterns that limit mobility. The approach also supports the parasympathetic nervous system, helping clients shift out of stress-driven patterns and into a state where the body can rebalance and recover.

Through this integrated approach, Sanja supports individuals dealing with chronic tension, pain or stress, as well as athletes aiming to optimise performance, prevent injury, and improve recovery. Her sessions are personalised, attentive, and rooted in the belief that when the body and nervous system work in harmony, true movement freedom becomes possible.
