My interest in healing the body’s health and functionality began when I started distance running. After many injuries and visits to Doctors, Physiotherapists, and Chiropractors, I became fascinated with physiology, movement, and the body’s capacity for healing, as well as how chronic pain can be debilitating and often unexplained.
I decided to study sports massage because it had previously helped me more than anything else. After massaging mainly runners, cyclists, and golfers for a couple of years, I realised that I was only providing brief relief to my clients, as the same problems (patterns) would recur repeatedly. I wanted to find a more lasting solution to help the body heal and maintain that healing.
Through research and word of mouth, I discovered Lyno, which expanded my understanding of the body. I am now able to help my clients release patterns that cause their chronic pain or injuries by supporting their body’s natural ability to heal.
