Lenuschka began her journey in biokinetics in 2011, not only as a practitioner but also as a patient. This dual perspective gave her a deep appreciation for both the physical and emotional realities of rehabilitation, shaping the way she works with people today.
In 2021, she became a Certified Lyno Practitioner after a personal experience in which the Lyno Method was combined with exercise prescription. This integration highlighted the power of a truly holistic approach to rehabilitation and reinforced her belief that lasting change comes from addressing the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.
Lenuschka holds a BA degree in Human Movement Science and Psychology from North-West University (2016) and completed her BSc Honours in Biokinetics at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (2022). She is passionate about helping people recover from injury, manage chronic pain, and restore full, functional movement—so they can return to an active, confident, and pain-free life.
