After qualifying as a clinical massage therapist, Kerry went into medical repping. She always had a fascination with the connection between the mind, body and spirit. Kerry battled with shin splints after running the Two Oceans and made them worse by running Comrades while injured. After trying various options, she found that fascia release and the yellow pages wedge worked well for her. This was when she decided to further her studies with kinesiology and the Lyno Method, wanting to help more people reach their full potential in sports with better movement while balancing their mind, body and soul.
