Keri Zeederberg

Keri completed her Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree in Biokinetics at the University of Pretoria in 2007. She moved to Cape Town where she completed her final year of internship at Constantia Sports Medicine Center at Constantiaberg Mediclinic, focusing on Orthopaedic, Geriatric and Cardiac Rehabilitation. She also worked closely with athletes and sports teams focusing on injury prevention and stabilization.

Keri then went to work in the field of Eating Disorders within exercise at a well established Rehabilitation Centre in Cape Town, where she still consults on the clinical team today.

In 2010 Keri started her own Biokinetic Practice where she found love and appreciation for the way the body moves, but felt there was more to learn. She started Lyno in 2011, which helped develop this passion further. In 2019 She decided to take Lyno on more closely and is now doing Lyno full time.
