James Langridge

James Langridge has over 30 years’ of martial arts training and expertise, and is thus inherently aware of the movements of the body, its patterns and its limits. It is also where he first encountered many treatable injuries.

Having a deep love of the ocean, he also coaches surfing, which led to a desire to explore better dynamic movement of the body and its alignments, and to improve the level of the many watersport activities he pursued.

His focus is on providing clients with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve their movement goals and to alleviate restrictions in effective motion and range.
