Fran is a Lyno practitioner since 2018, Stott Certified Pilates Instructor and ACE Certified Personal Trainer.

She has extensive training in injuries and rehabilitation through Stott and BASI Pilates spanning 14 years as an instructor.

She studied the McGill Method clinical courses in Sydney in Feb 2020 and has recently started training to become a Neurokinetic Therapy practitioner.
