Claire began her career in 2007 as a personal trainer after graduating cum laude with a BSc (Hons) in Human Kinetics, Ergonomics, and Psychology. She went on to work as Assistant Manager and Corporate Health, Fitness, and Wellbeing Specialist at The Telegraph Media Group in London. Since then, she has completed a variety of exercise science and bodywork courses, allowing her to apply a holistic approach to health, wellness, and performance.
As a certified Lyno®️ practitioner, Claire employs gentle fascia release techniques to address the underlying causes of restriction, tension, and compensatory patterns. Lyno specifically targets the parasympathetic nervous system, particularly the vagus nerve, to break the cycle of chronic pain and prevent further injury.
Through enhancing nervous system regulation and promoting vagal tone, Claire supports clients in restoring functional balance, improved mobility, and overall well-being. Her expertise benefits individuals managing chronic pain, stress, or trauma, as well as athletes aiming to optimise performance, expedite recovery, and reduce injury risk. Claire tailors her approach to align with the client’s unique circumstances and goals.
Central to Claire’s practice is education and cultivating body awareness. She empowers clients with a deeper understanding of their movement patterns and physiological responses, equipping them to support their own progress between sessions and achieve sustainable results.
