Anika completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) in Human Movement Science, establishing a solid foundation in exercise science, biomechanics, and human performance. She is combining evidence-based exercise techniques with the gentle release methods used in the Lyno approach. Focusing on mindful movement, nervous system regulation, and sustainable strength, Anika offers a considerate and holistic view on health, wellbeing, and performance.
