Camryn is a qualified physiotherapist who graduated in 2019 from Stellenbosch University in South Africa. She started running competitively from a very young age, which is where her love for movement came from.

After having greatly benefitted from LYNO herself, she went on to complete the LYNO course in 2020. She also has completed certified courses in dry needling and pilates matwork. Camryn worked for a few years in Stellenbosch at a private physiotherapy practice based at one of the top schools in South Africa, where she gained valuable experience working with elite athletes and sport teams.

She is now living in Bristol and working for a private physiotherapy clinic, who specialises in musculoskeletal and sport injuries, as well as post-surgery rehabilitation.
