Benita Kropman

Benita qualified as a physiotherapist in 1982 and spent more than 3 decades focussing on sports injuries. In the early 90’s she developed the Lyno Method to solve her clients’s chronic and recurring injuries.

She started to teach the method in 2010 to therapists and movement coaches in South Africa, the UK, Germany and South Korea.

She has launched the Lyno online course in 2023 which she presents herself. as a very interactive course. She also teaches condensed practical courses globally.

She is currently particularly interested in Lyno’s role in the release off unresolved trauma – the cause of chronic symptoms in the body , and she invites anyone with experience on this topic to contact her.

She lives a nomadic lifestyle with her husband and is available for in person discussions wherever she resides at the time.

I was introduced to The Lyno Method as a young professional cricketer more than twenty years ago following a near career-ending back injury during my tenure as a player for Boland. I am astonished by how the Lyno Method has evolved over the past few years. Holistically incorporating fascia release, mobility, and functional assessments to treat injuries. I was referred to Winsie Oosthuizen by Benita Kropman who after only two sessions, identified and effectively treated my chronic knee pain. Lyno has once again helped me restore optimum mobility and a balanced functional body as effectively as it did to prolong my career all those years ago. I am still astounded by how well the body responds to Lyno.
