How do I connect my Lyno Website payments to the Lyno App?

You can easily connect your Website account to the Lyno App in the Account screen. Underneath ‘Membership’, press the ‘Link Website Payments‘ button. You will need to sign into your Website account to verify yourself. After that, you’re all set!

The goniometer doesn’t work on my device, what should I do?

In order to utilise the goniometer feature, your device needs to have a gyroscope sensor in the device. You can find out by searching for your device on Google and looking for the Gyroscope Hardware Sensor. If you have any trouble with this, or are unsure on how to proceed, please contact us.

I lost connectivity while conducting a session. What will happen to my saved session data?

The Lyno App is capable of saving sessions without an active internet connection, by saving it to the device. Once internet connectivity is restored, the session will be saved to the cloud.

Can I use the Lyno App without internet connectivity?

In order to verify your active Lyno membership, an internet connection is required when starting the app. If there is no internet connection, then the app’s functionality will be limited.
